And now I am feeling hormones changing. I will be 50 in four months and plan on being in my best health ever. I am struggling with getting body fat down too. I am finding success with some of the diet tips suggested and RESTING. Resting is the hardest workout of the week for me. But it is helping. BCAA occasionally is the only supplement I take.
