Follow Add your answer Saggy skin after weight loss? I'm trying to lose 100 lbs I'm a quarter of the way there. I'm exercising,doing weight training, and eating a healthy diet. I"m concerned that I'll have saggy skin. I'm not into plastic surgury. Does anyone know how to help skin get firmer, back to normal skin after significant weight loss. For anyone concerned of my weight loss goal I'm 5'2", 29 y.o., 270 lbs(starting weight), I'm larger boned.
