To be honest bro, your gonna have to pick one or the other. The basics of fat loss is you have to have less calories going into your body than you are burning, the basics of building muscle requires just the opposite. You can choose to do either cut or gain LBM first, but if you don't set a clear goal for one or the other you relly won't get very far. What the other guys said is true, hit the weights first to maintain your muscle mass, then get your cardio on, but if you wanna lose fat, you gotta cut the calories and burn more than you take in.
