honestly its the best supplement that i've taken i work out three days on one day off with a reduced calorie diet mainly tuna and plenty of fruits and veggies a glass of soda a day but plenty of water all the time, i've definatley got results in a week my tummy is flatter but i also work out and hour every morning and then a 30min routine in the afternoon, very happy i bought the twin pack so wish me luck in another month i hope i'll be where i wana be.
