Yoga can be a great friend in every diet. It's all about hormones balance. There are no "bad" hormones. But when hormones get unbalanced, bad things happen in your body. Your body releases cortisol when you're under stress. It's part of the whole “fight or flight” response. Increased cortisol levels could be making you fat. The kind of fat you are most likely to store from elevated cortisol is called visceral fat — the dangerous belly fat that’s linked to diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels.
You can eat a greater volume of low-energy-density foods while still staying within your recommended number of calories for the day, which means that you'll feel full for longer and find it easier to stick with the diet. Foods with a high fiber or water content tend to have a lower energy density, while those high in fat or sugar tend to be high in energy density. Fried foods, whole-milk dairy products, fatty cuts of meat, foods made with refined grains and sweets are high in energy density and best limited or avoided when trying to lose weight.
2 Add leafy vegetables on day two. Hopefully by the second day you won't be completely sick of eating cabbage soup already. Keep eating the soup for your main meals. Instead of adding fruit to your diet, on day two you should add some leafy greens either raw or cooked. For example you could boil or steam some broccoli or spinach. Have a baked potato with a little soup.  Don't eat any fruit. 3 Have extra fruit and vegetables on day three.
