i actually came into bikram specfiically to recover from multiple fractures in my right foot and heel once i was cleared to work out again. it was great for making me feel progresively stronger and the teachers walked me through adjustments necessary to accomodate my injuries at first. now im aces at standing head to knee pose where i could barely stand on my left leg before without crumbling in pain.
